Before you sign in, check these four things
- The address. Your browser should be heading to nabconnect.nab.com.au — nothing else. Addresses are exact, so a glance at the address bar is worthwhile: it confirms you're on the bank's page and not a lookalike.
- Your User ID. This is the ID your business's NAB Connect administrator gave you. It is not your account number and not your personal NAB ID.
- Your password. The one you set when your access was first activated. Repeated failed tries can lock you out, so if you are guessing, stop and reset instead.
- Your token. Have your mobile token app or physical token nearby — you will need it to approve the sign-in and, for many businesses, to authorise payments afterwards.
All four ready? The official button at the top of this page takes you straight there.
